The days have become weeks, and the weeks are beginning to stretch into months that we've been dealing with the pandemic here in the US. Worldwide, it's already been months, and we aren't out of the woods yet. I don't know about you, but it's my sanity that I'm focusing on now. Keeping it, that is. Everyone I know is wavering between fear, loneliness, and withdrawal. Even with all of our social media usage, prior to the requirement for distancing, we are still very social beings. Which means that we need physical interaction. So, what are you doing to stay sane?
I have a list of things I've done, and lots I still need to do. First and foremost, you may have seen that I finally released "The Conductor: Book Two of The Circle" (YAY!! Horns blare! Fireworks go up!) It's available in e-book and paperback formats on Amazon. The hardcover version is coming soon. That means that when we can gather again, I'll have an autograph party and sign your copy! Next up will be "Allowing the Magic, Allowing the Miracles, A blueprint for Ascension" which is now being edited. I'm planning on its release in the next couple of weeks. Once released, I'll begin writing Freedom Rings: Book Three of The Circle, which is already forming in my head.
For my healing business, I'm still holding my Meetups, but they are all online via Zoom now. I'll also be posting photos of the Angel Healing Wands that I've completed and are ready for sale. So, keep an eye out for updates on www.brendahardwickauthor.com, www.thelightofnature.com and https://www.meetup.com/The-Light-Of-Nature-Meetup
I ask you again, what are you doing to stay sane? What new healthy habits are you cultivating? Binge-watching TV? Reaching out to relatives and friends via phone, or video calls? When is the last time YOU wrote a letter? No, not an email. But a real, paper letter? When's the last time you read a book? (Hint, hint!!) How are you maintaining your pantry? Are you exploring new recipes? Have you done your part to support small businesses in your area by ordering something? anything? Have you taken a walk? Have you cleaned up your yard? Have you started your garden for the summer? Have you washed all your linens and hung them up outside to air dry them and get that sunkissed fresh smell? Have you pulled out those old board games (or maybe you've ordered some) and taught your kids how to play? Have you pulled out your old records (or downloaded some oldies) and showed your kids how you used to dance? Have you tried meditating?
I hope that you are all taking care of yourselves and each other as we continue to navigate this wilderness of change. Namaste' my friends.
